In the window market, there is a situation where vocational schools systematically do not train installers of transparent structures and facades. Only individual programs from brands exist. The industry is interested in enabling vocational schools in Ukraine to offer education for installers. To achieve this, it is necessary to develop professional standards, which are currently lacking in Ukraine. These will form the foundation for creating educational standards and relevant training programs.
As noted by BarkS founder and director Valeriy Kotlyar, preparing new personnel, rather than competing for the remaining specialists in the market, is the path to overall market development.
