GEALAN announced that the GEALAN-LINEAR® profile system in its standard configuration is now available in a flush design — a version where the sash and frame are positioned in one plane. This format reflects current architectural trends and the demand for minimalist, harmonious façades.
The GEALAN-LINEAR® PVC system with a 74 mm installation depth was previously available only in an offset version, which added visual depth to the window. The new flat version creates visually seamless windows — the frame and sash form a single surface, and the slim contour highlights the building’s modern style.
According to GEALAN, this design enables manufacturers to move into a higher price segment and expand their product range without complex technical adjustments.
The profile system is available with the GEALAN-acrylcolor® surface — a durable PMMA-based coating that makes the profile resistant to scratches, dirt, and weathering. Thanks to the use of recycled material in the core, GEALAN-LINEAR® also contributes to reducing the use of virgin PVC and CO₂ emissions during production.
The new version of GEALAN-LINEAR® has already been presented by GEALAN Ukraine on social media, emphasising that the system retains the GEALAN-LINEAR® platform logic and simplifies the manufacturing process.
The sash design follows the trend in the window industry. For example, REHAU received the German Design Award 2025 for a bio-PVC system whose sash is also flush with the frame.
