Respilon Window Membrane 5.0 is a new version of the nanofiber mesh-membrane
(Czech Republic).
The membrane has laboratory-proven properties to protect the room from
- street dust
- finely dispersed pollen
- industrial smog
- exhaust gases
In our production, RWM 5.0 is installed in a reinforced profile for ELITE frames (Poland)
Advantages of the profile:
- does not require an impost (bar in the middle) for large grids
- assembled on 4 internal corners when cutting the profile at an angle of 45 degrees
- when maintaining the membrane (remove it from the window opening once every six months and wash it with a stream of water up to 40 degrees) keeps the geometry of the frame
- has an aesthetic appearance due to its winged shape
The fastening system is stainless steel hooks, fixed to the profile with a self-tapping screw with a washer, which helps to avoid scratching the surface of the profile during installation / removal.
A seal is installed along the perimeter of the profile to improve the tightness and reliable operation of the Respilon mesh membrane.
The ELITE profile has 8 basic colors, which is enough to match the color of the grid frame to the color of the window opening frame.
