KMD.78 Aluminum windows and doors with thermal insulation

The KMD.78 system is a thermally insulated aluminum profile series with a mounting depth of 70 mm for the frame and 78.4 mm for the sash. It is designed for the fabrication of window, door, and facade structures of various configurations, meeting increased requirements for thermal and acoustic insulation.

High thermal performance, airtightness, and sound insulation are achieved through multi-chamber polyamide thermal breaks, foam insulation inserts, and EPDM gaskets.

The system allows the use of a coplanar glazing bead in window sashes. Infill elements — insulating glass units or panels — are installed on plastic setting blocks and fixed with glazing beads using an internal wedge gasket.

The system is designed to accommodate infill thicknesses from 24 to 52 mm.
