The KMD.70 system is a modern, high-performance solution for external structures with enhanced thermal insulation requirements. The system is based on shaped aluminum profiles, which provide strength and durability.
System application:
KMD.70 is ideal for manufacturing various elements of external construction:
windows,
balcony and entrance doors,
spatial structures.
Coating and protection:
All profiles are coated with a powder polyester paint with a thickness of at least 70 microns on visible surfaces. The coating is applied using an electrostatic method followed by polymerization at a temperature of 160–200°C.
This ensures reliable protection of aluminum from atmospheric effects. The coating can be applied in any color from the RAL palette with various effects: glossy, matte, "orange peel," metallic, and others.
Design features:
The window system has a basic depth of 70 mm for the frame and 78.4 mm for the sash. This design creates a uniform smooth surface on the exterior after closing.
The door system has a depth of 70 mm. The door, frame, and sash form a single plane both outside and inside the room.
Filling and sealing:
Insulated glazing units and other types of fillings are used, which are mounted on plastic supports and sealed with gaskets.
All gaskets are made from EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene-monomer) material, providing water resistance and wear resistance.
The filling is fixed with special glazing beads through an internal wedge gasket. The set of beads allows for the use of fillings with thicknesses ranging from 24 to 52 mm.
Installation and connection:
Corner connections are made using special connectors that are inserted into the internal chambers of the profiles. Fixing is possible by pressing or using stainless steel pins.
The attachment of transoms is done using "T-connectors," which makes it easy to connect profiles at right angles.
