KMD.38 Window and door system of aluminum profiles without thermal breaks

The KMD.38 system is a modern solution with high technical specifications, consisting of shaped aluminum profiles. It is designed for the manufacture of elements for external and internal construction that do not require thermal insulation, such as:
windows,
balcony and entrance doors,
showcases,
spatial structures, and others.

Coating:
All profiles have a powder polyester coating with a thickness of at least 70 μm on visible surfaces.
The coating is applied using the electrostatic method with subsequent polymerization at 160-200°C.
Provides a high level of protection for aluminum against external atmospheric influences.
Available in various RAL colors and with different effects: glossy, matte, "orange peel", metallic, and others.

Filling and Sealing:
Insulated glazing units and other fillings are installed on plastic supports and sealed with EPDM gaskets (ethylene-propylene-diene-monomer), which are waterproof and wear-resistant.
The filling is fixed with special glazing beads through an internal wedge gasket.
Glazing beads and gaskets allow the use of fillings from 4 mm to 28 mm.

Installation and Connection:
Corner connections are made using special corner connectors, inserted into the corresponding internal chambers of the profiles.
Fixing of corner connectors can be done by pressing or using stainless steel pins and mechanical connectors.
The attachment of transoms is done using "T-connectors", which allows profiles to be connected at right angles.
