KMD TBS60 Sliding system with thermal insulation

The KMD TBS60 system is a modern solution with high technical specifications, consisting of aluminum profiles with a thermal insulation insert. The system is designed for the manufacture of thermo-insulated lift-and-slide constructions with one or more active sashes, as well as blind parts.

Advantages:
Warm window and door sliding constructions can replace a wall, improving lighting and saving living space.
High level of protection from external impacts.

Coating:
All profiles have a powder polyester coating with a thickness of at least 70 μm on visible surfaces, applied using the electrostatic method with subsequent polymerization at 160-200°C.
The coating protects against atmospheric effects and is available in various RAL colors with different effects.

Construction Variants:
KMD TBS60.6006 — for glass units weighing up to 400 kg.
KMD TBS60.6007 — for glass units weighing up to 200 kg.
Glass units up to 46 mm thick can be used.

Assembly and Components:
For assembling frames and sashes, universal button joints KMD.1129-F and alignment corners KMD.F200, KMD.5x1, KMD.TBS60.17108 are used.
The construction includes universal seals and brushes.
The height of the sashes can reach 2900 mm, with a maximum width of 3300 mm.

Additional Features:
Sliding mosquito screens can be installed for all construction variants.
