Frame self-drilling screw 7,5x92 is a fastening product designed for fixing frame structures to the concrete base.
Frame self-tapping screw design:
The frame self-tapping screw is made of steel, with zinc coating, which guarantees the resistance of this product to corrosion processes. The tip is sharp, the thread pitch is frequent, it has a countersunk head. The type of slot is Protected Torx (TR). Due to the screw's threads all the way to the head, the part to be mounted will not deflect or deform. The screw allows fast assembly without the use of a dowel and close to the edge of the supporting base.
Installation of the frame screw:
The fastening is carried out using the gap mounting method. Drill a hole to the dimensions specified by the manufacturer and clean the hole. In building materials with a low safety margin: aerated concrete, blocks with voids, it is recommended to drill holes only with the rotation method. Screw the screw through the part to be mounted into the hole.
Scope of application of the frame screw:
- Used for attaching window frames or door frames made of wood, plastic, metal, as well as for attaching lumber and laths to concrete, natural building stone, masonry and foam concrete without the use of dowels.
