The 10x72 steel frame anchor (window anchor) is a specialized anchor designed for mounting window and door frames made of wood, PVC and metal. Structurally, the frame anchor consists of a hollow sheet metal sleeve, an M6 metric screw with a countersunk head and a cone-shaped expansion sleeve (nut). The principle of operation of the frame anchor is to spread the anchor sleeve (jacket) with the nut while tightening the screw. At the same time, the frame to be fixed is not pulled to the base, which is very important during remote installation. The surface of the frame anchor sleeve (jacket) is stamped with special stops that prevent the anchor from twisting while the screw is being tightened.
