The universal screw 5.0x80 is a fastener in the form of a yellow-colored rod with a sharp tip and a head on the other end. This screw has a cross-shaped Pozidrive slot.
Design of the universal screw:
The universal screw is made of carbon steel, the surface of which has a yellow-colored zinc coating that has been passivated after, which ensures that the product is resistant to corrosive processes. This screw has a coarse thread. It has a countersunk head with a cross-shaped Pozidrive (PZ) slot. Capable of overcoming metal up to 0.9 mm thick.
Scope of application of the universal screw:
- Used for attaching various structural elements to wood, plywood, chipboard, fiberboard, plastic and other materials, with pre-drilling to soft metals.
- Universal screws are used for installation in dowels when mounting in concrete, brick, etc.
