Project History: Construction of the facility (originally known as the Respublika Shopping Center) began in 2012, but the project was put on hold for a long period. After a change of ownership and rebranding, KAN Development completed the construction.
Location: The shopping and entertainment center is located at 1 Koltsevaya Doroga.
Scale: Upon opening, it became the largest shopping and entertainment center in Ukraine and one of the largest in Europe, with a total area of ​​approximately 300,000 m².
Key Features: The center houses the Neopolis indoor technology amusement park, a roofed "living" park, and a unique wind tunnel.
