IQ energyThe IQ energy program was developed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to support energy efficiency in the housing sector of Ukraine. The program is funded by the E5P Partnership, where the European Union renders the largest contribution with the support of Sweden and the Federal Ministry of Finance of Austria. The program has already allocated 15 million euros. The program works until 2020. Under the terms of IQ energy, individual owners of housing are given compensation at a rate of 35% for energy-efficient measures, the limit for one individual is 3000 euros. Since April 2018, IQ energy has started working with AJOAH. Compensation for complex thermo-modernization of an apartment building is 40% of the loan / investment amount. Compensation covers products, consumables and installation work. |
