The “Smart House” residential complex in Lviv is a modern project that incorporates solutions for creating an energy-efficient and stylish facade. The facade cladding features the KMD VF system for fixing thin large-format ceramic granite with rivets, providing the building with an elegant look and high operational efficiency.
A unique feature of the project is the use of a rotating extender, which allows for large protrusions on the slopes and creates a 3D corner effect, emphasizing the building’s dynamic architectural style.
To ensure the facade’s energy efficiency, the KMD F50 curtain wall system has been used, with integrated warm windows from the KMD 70 system. Freestanding windows are also made with the KMD 70 warm system, ensuring high thermal insulation and providing comfort for the residents.
