PROFILCO ALUMINIUM SYSTEMS manufactures and develops aluminium systems for energy saving, environmentally friendly and durable!

PROFILCO ALUMINIUM SYSTEMS aluminium systems, distinguished by their aesthetics and functionality, are certified by the European Rosenheim Institute under the requirements for thermal insulation, sound insulation, waterproofing and burglary protection.
Production facilities
The company’s 17,000 m2 aluminium systems are manufactured on the most modern equipment in Europe, and our fully automated production ensures a perfect surface and excellent product geometry.
Production capacity of the plant: 9,000 tonnes of profiles per year. The installed mechanical equipment consists of a 1,800-tonne press. Two state-of-the-art powder coating units and a state-of-the-art production unit for thermal insulation profiles.
The storage and distribution of products is carried out using an automatic robotic warehouse system with a capacity of 1600 tonnes, aimed at serving customers by the highest standards of quality and delivery times.
Environment is our home

The company takes care to minimise its environmental impact by creating a closed production cycle and encouraging the recycling of old profiles and the creation of new ones, as well as by installing energy-saving equipment in the short term.

Thermal window and door system IQ90
Unique in its category and one of the best in Europe, this new superior system, with the best thermal insulation and modern design. It provides security through multiple locking points and absolute sealing through EPDM and polyurethane foam seals. Combined with its minimalist appearance and straight lines, it is the ideal choice for constructions with high energy efficiency and design requirements.
Insulated window and door system PR74
Absolute reliability thanks to a high-tech system designed in straight lines with a modern aesthetic. The system provides security through multi-point locking, thermal and acoustic insulation using 24 mm thermal inserts, and excellent protection against water and wind in adverse climatic conditions. It is suitable for constructions with high and low-temperature requirements.
Lift-and-slide thermal insulation system IQ580
Response to modern architectural trends by using minimal forms.
The design combines a modern look with high energy efficiency. The attractive, modern look of the new sliding system is ideal for large openings. The modern design with narrow overlap and modern straight contours, as well as the safety, absolute waterproofing and soundproofing, and excellent thermal insulation characteristics of the offerings, will undoubtedly satisfy the most demanding requests. An important advantage of the system is the possibility of implementing sliding and lift-and-slide structures, which creates additional aesthetics and uniformity of design in one space.
Sliding and L&S thermal insulation system IQ460
The system provides the same results in terms of absolute waterproofing and sound insulation and has excellent thermal insulation performance.
With its high security and superior design, this system is a lightweight version of the IQ580 for more conventional applications. An additional advantage of the system is its lighter weight and increased economy.
Sun protection systems
Studies have shown that it can reduce indoor temperatures in buildings by 5 to 15 degrees by using sun protection systems. They also can absorb/reflect up to 80% of solar radiation, realising high energy efficiency by reducing air conditioning costs by up to 40%.

Glass fences PR16
With or without handrails, with or without a concealed profile, depending on the needs of each structure, the glass barrier system provides unobstructed views and transparency at every installation point.
In particular, a new profile designed to be installed on the ground gives our existing system additional functionality.
