Italian manufacturer CMS SpA has launched the vertical dry seaming machine edges. CMS Aura specialises in waterless processing.
It is not about the environment, but about saving money. The problem of glass dust is solved by sucked up through a pipe system to a multi-stage filter.
According to CMS, Aura is suitable for float, laminated or low-e treated glass. The machine automatically measures the incoming glass and processes the edges.
The maximum operating speed of the CMS Aura is 25 m/min.
The maximum input sheet size is 2700x4000 mm. Can be extended up to 6000 mm with additional modules.
Glass thickness range: 4-22 mm.
