Earlier, a memorandum aimed at developing professional education in the field of window and door installation was signed between the Association and the college. As part of this collaboration, master classes have already been held for the short-term "Window and Door Installer" courses. Currently, work on establishing a pilot training center is in progress.
The center's activities will focus on:
- Organizing training for the profession of "Window and Door Installer-Assembler";
- Assigning and/or confirming the relevant professional qualifications for experienced installers;
- Conducting professional development courses;
- Organizing educational tours.
According to the executive director of the Association, Mykhailo Orlenko, the Ukrainian window industry needs 3-4 such centers.
The Association Ukrainian Association of Windows, Doors and Facade invites everyone interested to join in the creation of the training and practical center for the installation of transparent structures.
