The absence of supporting and framing frames, complete transparency of such walls - these are the main advantages, in contrast to the usual plasterboard partitions with built-in doors and window bindings or made of metal-plastic or aluminum profiles. All-glass partitions allow you to mobile change the size and configuration of the rooms. They visually erase the boundaries of the rooms, increasing the level of communication, the area of the information field, at the same time, providing comfortable conditions for work in offices, sports halls, shopping center windows.
Tempered glass, 10 mm thick, is itself a load-bearing structural element. For ego installation, a clamping profile installed only from below on the floor and above on the ceiling is sufficient. Environmentally clean glass can withstand frontal loads. The doors, made of the same tempered glass, are mounted in the opening of the partition with the help of special hinges with a gap of 5...7 mm. The lower hinge has a built-in closer, thanks to which it is not necessary to delve into the existing "clean" floor of the room. The closer provides high stability of the return of the door swinging in both directions to the closed position, as well as the opening of the door at an angle of 150° in both directions and, if necessary, fixation at an angle of 90°. Next to the stainless office handle on the door, a lock with a cylinder mechanism is installed. A feature of the lock is that it can be mounted on the door leaf, at any height, without drilling any mounting holes. All fittings for doors and glass partitions are made of stainless steel. The modern look, reliability and quality of these elements correspond to their cost.
Thanks to established relations with suppliers of components and having sufficient experience in working with external and internal glazing, installation will be carried out in a short time after the production of glasses (unfortunately, there are no enterprises specializing in tempering in Zaporozhye).
