Rehau window manufacturing at the Skalko Quality Window Factory is a combination of German technology and Ukrainian precision.
In production, we use certified Rehau PVC profiles, proven by time and climatic conditions. Using modern equipment from German and Austrian brands, we manufacture windows with accuracy to the millimeter: automated lines guarantee high-quality welding of corners, perfect geometry and durability of structures.
We work with popular profile series:
Rehau 60, Euro-Design 70, Rehau Synego, Rehau Artevo - depending on the client's needs: from basic thermal insulation to a passive house.
For double-glazed windows, we use energy-saving glass with a multifunctional coating. Using modern equipment from German and Austrian brands, we manufacture windows with millimeter accuracy: automated lines guarantee high-quality corner welding, perfect geometry of argon welding, Swisspacer distance frames. Hardware - Maco, Winkhaus, or Siegenia - for reliable and smooth opening.
At each stage - from profile cutting to quality control of the finished product - a team of qualified specialists works. Windows are checked for tightness, absence of deformations and compliance with technical standards.
