The cottage town project uses KMD facade systems.

A hinged facade system for HPL panels and porcelain stoneware with hidden Sika fasteners was used for cladding. Facade glazing is based on the KMD.F50 system, integrated with the KMD.TBS60 warm sliding system and the KMD.70 window and door system.
