Minimum wage increase increases compensation for workplace equipment for employees with disabilities

As of 1 April 2024, the minimum wage has increased, and so has the compensation for workplace arrangements for people with disabilities.

The maximum amount of compensation for an inclusive workplace will increase:
  • for a person with a group I disability — up to UAH 120 thousand (15 minimum wages);
  • for people with disabilities of group II — up to UAH 80 thousand (10 minimum wages).
