The Energy Efficiency Fund reports plans for 2026 to scale up housing recovery and energy modernisation and to prepare a new programme for energy-efficient recovery.
The Fund plans to launch a programme that will also apply to multi-apartment buildings without homeowners associations (HOAs). It is intended to expand the range of beneficiaries and make recovery accessible to housing that is currently not covered by the Fund’s programmes.
The Fund notes that this approach is in line with the updated EU policy and will help accelerate the renovation of the housing stock in Ukraine.
At the end of November, the state increased the Fund’s authorised capital by UAH 240 million. In addition, the State Budget for 2026 provides a further UAH 630 million for the Fund’s activities. The Fund also expects up to EUR 18 million from donors, which should ensure stable operation and further expansion of the programmes.
