The system of aluminum profiles ALTW62 intended for the manufacture of various types of structures, which are increased requirements of thermal insulation and soundproofing.
Universal window and door system with thermal ALTW62 has a base depth of 62 mm for frames and 70 mm for the sash. Support profiles podraz¬deleny of three sizes in width of the box: 27 mm, 36 mm, 50 mm. This allows efficient use of materials in the design of structures of various sizes and breakdowns - from small to large stained glass windows, and light and heavy fillings use different profiles in width.
Implemented condensate drain and ventilation. Holes for the condensate drain and ventilation are closed to the outside of the plastic plugs.
Angular connections going on universal mortgages, which can lock Crimping tool or by means of pins. All mortgage products to be installed on a one- or two-component adhesive. The use of glue guarantees the rigidity and tightness of connections. Fixing impost is also performed on mortgages breadcrumbs using pins.
As the filling in the construction of a series of ALTW62 can be used glass, glass or other fillings with thickness up to 40 mm. Filling is mounted on a special pad in accordance with the setup. As in the dead part of the design, and the door and window shutters used the same scheme required.
