The base system TOPLINE AD is a complex system: available, there are four frames of different mounting heights and mounting profile (Adapterprofil) to achieve the desired outer width when combined rotary-flaps for fixed glazing, as well as eight different variants of wings with eurogroove performed with combined and shifted surface. Along with the standard 80 mm sash are also smaller versions of 70 mm and larger 105 mm for emergency doors or oversized valves. Two of the eight casement profile designed for outward opening options. The dual ARTC - seals offers besides five deaf mullion with an outer width of 64, 75, 85, 100 and 118 mm. To mount the deaf impost firm VEKA has developed special installation equipment connectors impost, using which it is not necessary to cut out the frame sealant because it passes completely.
The rounded contours of TOPLINE AD is achieved by means of three false mullion and Face plate design allows you to set the visible width of the swing-flaps from 112 to 166 mm. Face plate for all caps are colored performance in detail, it was possible to select different colors for interior and exterior sides.
ARTC - sealing systems are also available, as well as seals, installed and sealed at the factory, in black and gray colors.
With five cameras in the doors and frames, as well as a mounting width of 70 mm already comply with the requirements of the future Regulation on energy saving and thermal insulation.
