SIEGENIA has launched the new AEROPLUS WRG wall fan. It allows for simultaneous regulation of supply and exhaust air in a single unit. The company emphasizes that the rotary heat exchanger is housed in a compact case. Its dimensions (WxHxD) are 308x408x150 mm, which is smaller than two A4 sheets.
Two fans ensure the balance of supply and exhaust air. It is possible to use only supply or exhaust air by turning off the corresponding fan, for example, to manage air in a bathroom.
The AEROPLUS WRG has heat recovery up to 93% and an energy efficiency class of A. During summer months, the recovery system can be turned off for passive cooling of the room.
The AEROPLUS WRG uses a temperature and humidity sensor for automatic ventilation control. The fan has a performance of 60 m³/h. An adult exhales 1 liter of carbon dioxide (CO2) per hour, so about 20 m³ of air needs to be replaced per hour for each person in the room.
It comes standard with a coarse dust filter. Additionally, filters for fine dust and pollen (particles less than 1 µm in diameter: viruses, bacteria, nanoparticles, soot) and NOx filters for nitrogen oxide levels are available.
The AEROPLUS WRG is easy to install using core drilling. The pipe diameter is 160 mm.
