The "Guide to the Design and Installation of Windows and Entrance Doors for New Constructions and Renovations" is now available for order in Ukrainian.
First published in Germany in 1994, the guide has become a key reference for industry professionals. Over the past 30 years, it has been translated into English, Chinese, Polish, and Romanian. Now, with the support of the Association of Ukrainian Manufacturers of Transparent Structures, specialists in Ukraine can access the latest materials in their native language.
The translation is based on the latest, eighth edition from 2024, which is currently available only in German. The Ukrainian version is among the first completed translations. The project was implemented with the support of the window technology institute ift Rosenheim.
Work on the translation began in January 2024 using the 2020 edition as a reference. After the updated guide was presented at the FENSTERBAU FRONTALE 2024 exhibition, the team decided to translate the most recent version.
