Metal slat panels with a thickness of 0.4 mm to 0.5 mm are the most budget-friendly type of screen for a hinged ventilated facade in 2020. The use of this type of panel is limited by the height of the building. At the same time, special cuts to increase rigidity not only give a certain appearance, but also ensure that the plane is maintained along the entire length of the panels, there is no “dent” effect. Of the alternative screens in this price category, only profiled sheet can be used (by the way, the trend at the moment is horizontal, wavy). Here we installed pastel blue and standard silver RAL 9006. There are also interesting “wooden” colors that look original on objects. There is no such metal in PVDF painting, only PE, but in principle this is understandable due to the lack of demand. If the Customer decides to cover the object with such material, then this is not the central facade of a "fashionable" shopping center, but some of its back sides or workshops, or non-specific objects where thermal modernization using NPF technology is of decisive importance. But the thickness of the metal and the percentage of zinc content can be ordered in any. In general, this type of external screen is in demand due to its cost and not battered appearance, like a profiled sheet for vertical installation.
