The project for a Ukrainian glass manufacturing plant is progressing.
Media sources mention two investment projects for glass manufacturing plants: one for a glass plant in Berezan in the Kyiv region, and another for a float glass plant in Zhytomyr.
Back in 2021, the development company City One Development announced plans to start building a float glass plant in Berezan. The company's founder and president, Valerii Kodetskyi, noted that the plant could potentially meet up to 30% of the domestic construction market’s demand.
In Zhytomyr, the investment company EFI Group plans to build a plant to produce sheet glass and glass with special coatings. The company indicates that the NovaSklo plant will have two production lines, with a declared capacity of 800 tons of glass per day (675 tons of net product).
