Within the framework of the state program, private individuals can compensate up to 35% of the loan amount, while AJOAH and HBC are 40%. Periodically, its operation is suspended (in 2016 and 2017) in connection with the exhaustion of the budget allocated for compensation. In addition, the initiative was supported by local authorities and it is possible to buy windows in Kropiwnicki with compensation from the local budget. The refund is 15% of the loan amount, but not more than 3000 UAH per one contract. The program was adopted for residential buildings for 2015-2017.
The same principle is based on IQ Energy from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The partner banks issue loans in euros and if the funds were spent to improve energy efficiency by at least 20%, then 35% of the loan amount is compensated. To receive a grant, you must provide a photo-confirmation of the object before and after reconstruction. Also, the only criterion for materials or services is that they must improve energy efficiency. Using the example of replacing windows, this means that you can spend the loan on the purchase of a window unit, insulating glass with high thermal insulation, marquis, external blinds, window sills and slopes and materials for installing windows. But mosquito nets, curtains, internal blinds and grilles are not responsible for thermal insulation and will not be compensated.
