The Profilco PR63 aluminum profile system is a solution for windows and doors with thermal break for use in residential and commercial buildings.
The system allows for the manufacture of windows with single or double opening, and windows that can open inwards or outwards. Tilt-and-turn mechanisms are also possible. It is suitable for creating classic doors with one or two sashes, equipped with European-style "camera europea" hardware.
Features of PR63:
- Material: Profiles are made from aluminum alloy EN AW6060 (AlMg0.5Si), providing high strength and corrosion resistance.
- Dimensions: The minimum frame width is 55 mm, and the sash width is 63.2 mm. The maximum glazing thickness is up to 40 mm.
- Thermal insulation: The system is equipped with a 24 mm thick polyamide insert. The thermal transmittance coefficient (Uf) is 2.7 W/m²K.
- Sealing systems: Three levels of EPDM seals can be used, ensuring high construction tightness. Additionally, corner elements for connecting the central seal are provided, enhancing the overall tightness of the construction.
Certified characteristics:
- Thermal insulation: Thermal transmittance coefficient (Uf) is 2.7 W/m²K.
- Sound insulation: The system provides sound insulation up to 48 dB, corresponding to class IV.
- Burglar resistance: PR63 has protection classes WK1 and WK2.
- Air permeability: The system is classified as class 4.
- Water tightness: Class E1200.
- Wind load resistance: Class C5.
