Thermal system SYKOTHERM 70 from the company SYKON for windows and doors meets the international quality standards.
Thermal insulation is provided by the use of multicellular polyamide. System SYKOTHERM 70 from SYKON - the optimal solution for heavy constructions, since the system is one of the best in Europe in terms of weight, quality, technical solutions in terms of thermal insulation. Gaskets are made of rubber, which does not lose elasticity and appropriate weather conditions defined in DIN 7863.
The system is suitable for 70 Sykotherm opened, swivel, tilt and turn and sliding structures.
Basic characteristics of windows
* Polyamide 36 mm insert with three compartments
* Thermal insulation in accordance with DIN V 4108-4: 2002-02 (thermal coefficient Uf = 1,8 W / (m2 * K)).
* Category IV insulation according to DIN 4109.
* Shock resistance WK1 and WK2 in accordance with DIN ENV 1627.
* Width of the base frame of 70 mm, width 80 mm flap. Mullion width up to 145 mm depending on the design.
* Single and double-leaf windows that are opened to the right or to the left, inside or outside, with swing-out mechanisms, as well as swivel-sliding mechanism.
* Fittings made of stainless steel, aluminum or handle polyamide have different forms and can be equipped with a lock.
* Hidden hinges for windows installation.
* Openers for curved and beveled windows.
* The profiles are made of an alloy Al Mg Si 0.5 EQ according to the standards DIN17 615 and DIN 1725.
* Gaskets and vulcanised corners in accordance with DIN 7863.
* Special profiles at angles of 90, 135 and 180 °.
* The frame can be mounted to the glass thickness of 51 mm, and a sash - up to 61 mm.
* The surface of anodized or painted. Can be painted in two colors, it does not prevent assembly of thermal bridge, which is made after the painting.
