The event is part of the Ukrainian Investment Congress, Invest in Ukraine.
Panel participants will discuss how the implementation of the NZEB standard will transform the construction market, what opportunities it opens for manufacturers and developers, and why European principles could be key to attracting investment.
OKNA.ua reminds that nZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) refers to a building with nearly zero energy consumption. This means the building uses very little energy, with most of it sourced from renewables such as solar panels or heat pumps.
Speakers include:
- Pete Shamilov – urbanist, architect, energy auditor, founder, and moderator of the nZEB.pro project
- Olha Romanenko – co-founder of Ekopan, ESG consultant
- Artur Obidnyk – Head of the Department of Energy Efficiency at the Ministry of Reconstruction
- Serhii Kozhevnikov – Director of Gealan Ukraine Representative Office
The discussion will be moderated by Mykhailo Orlenko, Executive Director of Ukrainian Association of Windows, Doors and Facade Association.
