The new tilt-turn hardware is called TITAN. It is easy to use, operates smoothly, and allows companies to adapt it to individual manufacturing needs.
Among the nuances of TITAN highlighted by Mr. Serhii during the presentation are:
- The hinge group is designed for different sash weights up to 150 kg.
- Developed bolt fixation for convenient hanging of the sash.
- The upper hinge pin has a fixation.
- The sash hardware has a safeguard against accidental operation.
- For the upper scissors, the manufacturer can choose the left or right sash without a key for installing the upper hinge.
- For the mushroom-shaped striker, tolerances for sash offset range from 10.4-14.5 mm for basic safety and 10.5-13.5 mm for RC.
To optimize the production of window structures, SIEGENIA is introducing a unified hinge group for all hardware systems, identical corresponding bars, the same templates, and adjustments with a single key.
The TITAN hardware is not yet available on the Ukrainian market. The company is building up stock for the launch of sales.
