Applications approved by the Energy Efficiency Fund can receive reimbursement from the city budget for the implementation of energy-saving measures in the amount of
- 10% of the cost for the first 500 condominiums;
- 20% of the cost for the following HOAs, starting from the 501st application;
- 20% of the cost for the Programme participants implementing the simplified package "A" (Light).

Modernisation of windows, exterior doors and arrangement of vestibules is included:
- to Package A (Light) as optional measures;
- Package B (Comprehensive) - as mandatory.
