The most anticipated sliding system for VEKA Ukraine's partners, VEKAMOVE 76, is planned to be launched on the Ukrainian market in the third quarter of 2024. This was confirmed by VEKA Ukraine's regional representative, Mykola Bondarenko, during the WKC VI: Frontale Edition online conference. Ukrainian specialists were informed about the system's development during the WKC Installer 5.0 online conference held in autumn 2023, and the system was presented live at FENSTERBAU FRONTALE in March 2024.
The company positions the VEKAMOVE 76 sliding door system as a replacement for the traditional PSK portals in the Ukrainian market. In addition to doors, the system also allows for the production of sliding windows. At present, it is the only sliding system of its kind with a full three sealing contours.
The maximum dimensions of the structure, consisting of one movable and one fixed sash, in white (WxH) are 4200x2480 mm, and in laminated form 3800x2330 mm. The maximum allowable sash dimensions in white are 1500x2400 mm, and in laminated form 1500x2250 mm. However, the ratio of sash height to width should not exceed 2:1. The maximum sash weight is 250 kg. Hardware from brands Roto, GU, Winkhaus, and Hautau is available for VEKAMOVE 76.
Mr. Bondarenko separately emphasized that VEKAMOVE 76 is not barrier-free, unlike lift-and-slide doors.
Currently, the VEKA Ukraine team is actively working on bringing the system to the Ukrainian market, with a list of available profiles being formed for stock in Ukraine. VEKA Ukraine's partners already have access to the VEKAMOTION 82 sliding system in Standart and MAX variants, as well as the VEKAFAST remote mounting system.
