The Ukrainian hardware manufacturer AXOR held a meeting with representatives of the Dnipro Regional Center of Vocational Education and the Dnipro Regional Organization of the Construction and Building Materials Industry Workers' of Ukraine. As a result of the meeting, a roadmap for cooperation in training and preparing specialists was developed.
AXOR plans to actively participate in retraining workers to meet the needs of its production. The company aims to engage young people and demonstrate that Ukrainian enterprises can be promising places to work. Additionally, efforts will be made to retrain adults aged 45+, offering them new qualifications with subsequent employment at AXOR.
Such meetings are crucial for shaping a strategy to overcome the staffing crisis.
Earlier, the "Ukrainian Association of Manufacturers of Light-Transmitting Structures" agreed to collaborate on the development of the vocational education system. Additionally, in 2024, they plan to release a Ukrainian edition of the RAL installation guidelines.
