However, the option to receive an advance payment has been removed for new applications. Previously, advance payments for construction work covered up to 30% of the project cost, capped at 4.2 million UAH.
As a reminder, "Enerhodim" is a program aimed at improving the energy efficiency of multi-apartment buildings. Through this program, HOAs can be reimbursed for up to 70% of their expenses.
Participants can choose from packages that include mandatory and optional measures to enhance a building’s energy efficiency:
- Package A (Basic): Comprises relatively low-cost energy efficiency measures.
- Simplified Package A.
- Package B (Comprehensive): Includes all measures from Package A (if not previously implemented) and the thermal insulation of building structures.
- Simplified Package B.
Mandatory replacement or repair of entrance doors and windows is only included in the Comprehensive Package B.
