The company has become a member of AluEco, a Dutch foundation established by the VMRG façade builders’ association in collaboration with aluminium system manufacturers and suppliers. The foundation’s members pledge to ensure 100% recycling of aluminium products used in windows, doors, and façades at the end of a building’s lifecycle.
As part of this initiative, Roto commits to taking back its hardware from dismantled buildings for further recycling.
For the Dutch construction market, this means that products from AluEco-certified members are suitable for reuse, and companies take social responsibility for the environmentally responsible disposal of materials.
