From November 7, 2022, the manufacturer of windows KORSA begins to complete windows with Winkhaus fittings with two anti-burglary elements by default. Ukrainian manufacturers of windows and doors increase more often the level of resistance to burglary of standard structures. Compared to energy efficiency, this trend is not so widespread. But, more and more players are working to raise awareness and improve window security.
KORSA windows are now standard equipped with Winkhaus activPilot Concept with two anti-burglary elements. Anti-burglary elements: a mushroom-shaped trunnion and a bar - provide a strong adhesion of the sash and frame to each other.
Windows with two anti-burglary elements belong to the Basic level of security. This is the initial level of protection against burglary, which does not need certification.
KORSA also emphasized that Winkhaus' principled position on the inadmissibility of continuing business in terrorist state russia influenced the decision to replace the main supplier of hardware to the partner network.

The Basic level does not require certification and is not specified in ДСТУ EN 1627:2014, which operates with burglary resistance classes RC1N, RC2N, RC2, RC3... The higher the risk of robbery, the higher the class should be.
