Under the eVidnovlennia programme, Ukrainians can receive funds to repair housing damaged by hostilities. As noted on the portal, owners can receive money if they have not made repairs themselves and the house does not locate in the occupied territory.
The funds can only be spent on construction materials and contractor services. Companies must be members of the programme.
Companies operating under the following MCC codes are eligible to participate in eVidnovlennia:
- 1520 - General contractors of residential and commercial construction;
- 5211 - Shops with building materials and lumber;
- 5231 - Shops with glass, paint and wallpaper.
How a company can become a member of eVidnovlennia:
- register on the Diia,
- join the eVidnovlennia service as a business,
- choose a bank and enter Merchant ID information, which must be obtained from your bank’s contact centre,
- check the application and sign it with the electronic signature of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur,
- receive confirmation of joining the programme by email.
It will publish the list of eligible companies on the eVidnovlennia website↗️. As of 8 June, the list of companies has not yet been added.
