Velux flat roof windows have been awarded the RedDot Award Winner 2023. The award ceremony took place in Germany on 19 June 2023. The jury consisted of 50 international experts.
According to the founder and CEO of Red Dot, Prof. Dr Peter Zec, the jury “was impressed by the clear aesthetics of the VELUX Modular Rooflight series as well as the customised production in any desired size”.
Velux Modular Rooflights are customised to order. They provide direct access to daylight. The light area is equal to the hole in the roof.
They are designed primarily for industrial, public and commercial buildings such as offices, schools, libraries, shopping centres, train stations, hospitals, etc.
VELUX Modular Rooflights are currently available in nine European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. No such products are available in Ukraine and Poland. In Ukraine, Velux launched the production of controllers.
